3Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one registered account on 3ck33. Any attempt to create duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account and at all times thereafter. 3ck33 may, at its discretion, request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals
• Any other documentation deemed necessary by 3ck33 to satisfy its verification obligations

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 3ck33 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. 4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3ck33 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are subject to the following terms. 3ck33 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Policy

The following deposit rules apply to all 3ck33 accounts:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though standard anti-money-laundering thresholds apply.
• Deposits are credited to your 3ck33 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 3ck33 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues on the provider's side.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from your 3ck33 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. 3ck33 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 3ck33 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad. In exceptional circumstances or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. No fees are charged by 3ck33 on withdrawals; any fees levied by your mobile money provider are outside 3ck33's control.

5Bonuses and Promotions

3ck33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are separate from your real-money wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance is exhausted.
• 3ck33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, unless the player has already opted into the promotion and met the qualifying conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with these Terms. Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or hedging strategies — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on 3ck33 is governed by the specific rules of each individual game or betting market, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless the game-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.

Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 3ck33 are final once confirmed. 3ck33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction. In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, 3ck33's in-play rules for that market will determine settlement. Markets featuring Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3ck33 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned to 3ck33

7Responsible Gaming

3ck33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The following tools are available free of charge to all registered players via their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit cap. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum play session duration. 3ck33 will display a notification and end the session when the limit is reached.
• Reality checks — configure periodic on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net win or loss during the current session.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from 3ck33 for a minimum period of 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen duration. Players who are self-excluded will not receive any marketing communications from 3ck33 during the exclusion period.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any genuine real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. 9Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of 3ck33.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as granting any licence to use any trademark or service mark without the prior written permission of the respective owner.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3ck33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if 3ck33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3ck33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 3ck33 reserves the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or security purposes at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such suspension.
